Is there an easy/simpler way to implement CRM and basic sales orders without accounts, stock, mrp, etc. etc.
Seems like when you do sales, you do all or nothing. It takes quite some configuration, not to mention the impact on an organisation to implement such a wide scope in one go.
Please advise if this is possible and if so, if that would then require non standard customization. |

gdutoit i agree with you.
I just started learning OpenERP I am on my third week still in love with it. I am not sure where to start. The learning turn around time must be months to get an instance of OpenERP finally inter grade into your own company. where should I start, from scratch with the minimal requirements module selected or pick a profile from the list. (do them have the internal workings configured) Creating finance account is easy but what about all the other little accounts that business needs and i forgot about. like Reports. journals whats the fastest way to setup and what is wrong way to setup. I feel like I have months of learning to go. |

How would you want to place Sales Orders without accounts, and deliver them without accounts and stock?
There are simpler CRM packages, but an ERP system is intended to be complete, or at least approximate what's needed in a complete business. _________________ Regards,
