CRM - Business Opportunities ' Report - Does it Work?

Hi

In the CRM section, under your opportunities, you can also select to show a Report called 'Business Opportunities', but the graph is produces never seems to produce anything that makes any sense to me.

Usually there are no points on the graph either

Is it broken, or just difficult to understand ?
